As visual artists with a combined 32 years of experience in stills photography, cinematography, and analog film (motion/stills), we have documented over 500 events. Together, we have come across most challenges that a seasoned visual artist would encounter through years of work. Independently, both are proficient in a myriad of camera systems (Sony, Canon, Leica, and Panasonic) and have experience in Final Cut, Premiere Pro, and Davinci Resolve editing systems.

Josh and Serena currently offer one-on-one online mentoring experiences. These sessions typically last for up to two hours and are catered to your preferred topics of choice. For filmmakers seeking an in-person experience, we are available for private mentorships in our home city of Charlottesville, Virginia. We are also available for mentorships at a pre-arranged, mutually agreed upon location (ie. if we are traveling through your city).

We enjoy working with students who are two years or more into their business and are looking for ways to improve in a designated area (camera work, color grading, business, etc). We feel that this investment makes the most sense at this stage — as you are discovering your style, process, and ideal clientele.
